I. General Provisions

The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is used for the purpose of: registering an account and verifying the user's identity, enabling login to the Service, executing agreements related to services and e-services, communicating with the user (live chat, contact form, etc.), sending newsletters (after the user's consent to receive them), operating the comment system, providing social services, promoting the Controller's offer, marketing, remarketing, affiliation, personalizing the Service for users, analytical and statistical activities, debt collection, establishing and pursuing claims, or defending against them. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.
IV. Types of Processed Personal Data
The Controller may process the user's personal data: first and last name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, NIP.
V. Period of Personal Data Processing
User's personal data will be processed for the period: if the processing is based on the performance of the agreement – until the expiration of claims after its performance, if the processing is based on consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawing consent until the expiration of claims. In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise).
VI. Sharing Personal Data
User's personal data may be disclosed to: entities related to the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g., companies handling e-payments, courier/postal services, law firms. User's personal data will not be/transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
The Service user has the right to: access their personal data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). A request for the exercise of user's rights should be sent to [email address]. The Controller fulfills or refuses to fulfill the request immediately – within a maximum of one month from its receipt. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

The Service collects information using cookies – session, permanent, and external entities. Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Service and serves statistical purposes. The user can determine the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
User data cannot be processed in an automated way that would lead to any decisions being made against them. User data may be profiled for the purpose of adjusting content and personalizing the offer after obtaining their consent.
X. Final Provisions
The Controller has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, with the rights of users not being limited. Information about changes will appear in the form of a notice available on the Service. Matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy are governed by the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law.
